The Quesnel District Teachers' Association is proud to represent teachers in the Quesnel School District. The QDTA works to respond to, support, and represent its' members with their employer in matters of terms and conditions of employment.
The QDTA is a local of the British Columbia Teachers' Federation and member of the British Columbia Federation of Labour.

EXECUTIVE MEETINGS:
The Executive above, along with Staff Union Representatives from all work sites meet every second Tuesday from September to June to conduct the business of the Union.
Members wishing to raise issues at the executive level should contact their School Union Rep, the executive member responsible for the issue, or the President.
GENERAL MEETINGS:
General Meetings are held at least three times a year:
An inaugural meeting
A meeting to elect delegates and review resolutions to the BCTF AGM
An AGM for local elections and budget setting
More General Meetings are called as needed with seven days notice to members by the Executive. General Meetings may also be called through a petition signed by fifteen or more members.
